The Ducks announced today that the club has acquired left wing Ryan Garbutt from the Blackhawks in exchange for left wing Jiri Sekac.
 
Garbutt, 30, has scored 76 points with 242 penalty minutes in 241 career NHL games with Dallas and Chicago. In 2013-14, Garbutt collected a career-high 17 goals and 32 points in 75 games with the Stars. 
 
Sekac, 23, collected 3 points with an even plus/minus rating in 22 games with the Ducks this season. Acquired from Montreal in exchange for Devante Smith-Pelly on Feb. 24, 2015, Sekac has posted 10-16=26 points with 26 PIM in 91 career NHL games with the Ducks and Canadiens. 

The Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club has acquired left wing David Perron and defenseman Adam Clendening from the Penguins in exchange for left wing Carl Hagelin.
 
Perron, 27, has scored 20-plus goals three times in his NHL career, including a career-high 28 in 2013-14 with Edmonton. He has appeared in 542 NHL games with St. Louis, Edmonton and Pittsburgh, scoring 133-179=312 points with 412 penalty minutes ..

Clendening, 23, has scored 1-4=5 points with 20 PIM in 30 career NHL games with Pittsburgh, Vancouver and Chicago. He appeared in nine games with Pittsburgh this season, recording one assist.
 
Hagelin, 27), collected 4-8=12 points in 43 games with Anaheim this year. Hagelin was acquired by Anaheim from the Rangers in exchange for Emerson Etem and a second-round selection in the 2015 NHL Draft on June 27, 2015. 

The Canadiens have acquired All-Star forward John Scott and defenseman Victor Bartley from the Coyotes for defenseman Jarred Tinordi and minor leaguer Stefan Fournier, according to an ESPN.com report on Friday. 

Rangers General Manager Jeff Gorton announced today that the team has acquired forward Nicklas Jensen and a sixth round pick in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft from the Canucks in exchange for Emerson Etem.

Jensen, 22, has skated in 27 games with the Utica Comets of the AHL this season, registering four goals and eight assists for 12 points, along with a plus-three rating.  He has skated in 24 career NHL games over parts of three seasons, all with the Canucks, registering three goals and three assists for six points, along with ten penalty minutes. Jensen made his NHL debut on Apr. 1, 2013 at San Jose and he registered his first career NHL assist/point on Mar. 10, 2014 vs. NY Islanders.

Etem skated in 19 games with the Rangers this season, registering three assists and two penalty minutes.

The Ducks announced today that the club has acquired goaltender Dustin Tokarski from the Canadiens in exchange for left wing Max Friberg.
 
Tokarski, 26, has posted a 10-12-5 record with one shutout, a 2.85 goals-against average (GAA) and .904 save percentage (SV%) in 33 career NHL games with Montreal and Tampa Bay. He has also appeared in five career NHL Playoff games, including a 35-save effort in a 3-2 overtime win in Game 3 of the 2014 Eastern Conference Final on May 22, 2014 at the Rangers.
 
Friberg, 23, went scoreless with two PIM in six career NHL games with the Ducks. Selected by Anaheim in the fifth round (143rd overall) of the 2011 NHL Draft, Friberg collected 5-12=17 points with two PIM in 25 games with the Gulls this season. 

The Predators and Blue Jackets produced the biggest trade to date in the NHL season, swapping young star players in a transaction that will be talked about for years to come.

The Predators acquired center Ryan Johansen from the Blue Jackets in exchange for defenseman Seth Jones. Both are former No. 4 overall picks.

The Kings have acquired forward Vincent Lecavalier and defenseman Luke Schenn from the Flyers in exchange for forward Jordan Weal and a third-round selection in the 2016 NHL Draft, Kings President/General Manager Dean Lombardi announced today.
 
Lecavalier, 35, has played in seven games with the Flyers this year and has one point (0-1=1) and two penalty minutes.
 
The native of Ile Bizard, Quebec has played for the Flyers and Lightning during his 17-year NHL career. I
 
Schenn, 26, has appeared in 29 games this season with the Flyers and has five points (2-3=5) and 30 penalty minutes.
 
The native of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan has played for the Flyers and Maple Leafs during his eight-year NHL career. 

The Maple Leafs announced Sunday that the club has acquired forward Jeremy Morin from the Blackhawks in exchange for Richard Panik. Morin will join the AHL's Toronto Marlies.

Morin, 24, has skated in 82 career NHL games with the Blackhawks and Blue Jackets, registering 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists) and 69 penalty minutes. 

Panik, 24, has skated in 151 career NHL games, registering 39 points (19 goals, 20 assists). He had collected 24 points (eight goals, 16 assists) in 32 regular season games with the Toronto Marlies this season.
